On #GivingTuesday, remember that there is no other nonprofit quite like the YMCA. That’s because, in neighborhoods like Woodlawn, South Shore, Chatham, Grand Boulevard and Hyde Park, we have the presence and partnerships to not just promise, but deliver positive change.
This session will serve as a reminder that teacher development has to be a major priority in leadership work and that a commitment to providing high quality feedback will result in improved performance and stronger relationships with the teachers we support.
